3 REASONS TO LOVE SUBWAY

I admit it, having an office at RCBC Plaza in Makati is my comfort zone. Aside from its admirable architectural design and its strategic location on Ayala corner Gil Puyat Ave, a variety of food outlets on the Third Floor - Podium is ready to entice even Thor's craving for sustenance.

One of my all time favorites is Subway. It's "Eat Fresh" slogan simply says it all. But that isn't the ONLY good thing I love about them.

Here are my TOP 3 REASONS TO LOVE SUBWAY:

3. YOU CHOOSE:

Feel free to customize your sub!

Whatever you're in the mood for, they have a wide variety of Subs, salads, and sides to choose from. And every one of their Subs is made fresh in front of you, exactly the way you want it!

According to SUBWAY, "every sandwich is fresh and made to order – just for you! In fact, there are over 2 million sandwich varieties available from our menu choices, so you can have your SUBWAY® sandwich with any combination of ingredients we offer."

How do you build your favorite Subway Sandwich?

  1. Your Menu Choice. Do you feel like having a sub or a salad? (i.e. footlong, 6"...)  Once you've figured out what you want, you're ready to move on.
  2. Choose Your Bread. You will surely have a tough time choosing from a variety of gourmet breads - all baked fresh daily, including Italian, Wheat, Parmesan Oregano & Honey Oat.
  3. Load Up On Fresh Veggies. Pile up your sub with all kinds of crisp veggies from the classics (i.e lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers) to the exotic (i.e. jalapenos, pickles, or olives).
  4. Sauce It Up. Last is certainly not least when it comes to ingredients. Add you favorite sauce, like Sweet Onion, Honey Mustard, or Ranch.
  5. Make It A Meal. You can always make your sub experience even better by combining it with one side and a drink.

2. SUB OF THE DAY:

Make eating healthy foods a daily habit.
Subway introduces the new line-up for the Sub of the Day promo! Now available at all Subway Philippines branches! I can always say "Thank God It's Friday!" because I personally love their Tuna Sub scheduled every Friday.

SUBWAY's "first store was opened in Bridgeport, Connecticut in August, 1965. Then, they set a goal of having 32 stores opened in 10 years. Fred soon learned the basics of running a business, as well as the importance of serving a well-made, high quality product, providing excellent customer service, keeping operating costs low and finding great locations. These early lessons continue to serve as the foundation for successful SUBWAY® restaurants around the world."
